We are proud to manage and operate the Kodiak Shipyard. This unique facility utilizes a 600 ton Marine Travelift and is equipped with the infrastructure and capabilities to service Alaska's fishing, work, and pleasure vessel fleets.

Our 600C Marine Travelift is capable of lifting vessels up to 1,320,000 pounds, 43' wide, and 180' long.
Services
The Shipyard is equipped with a heated washdown pad, restrooms, city water supply, single and three phase shore power, individual dumpsters, and stadium lighting all in a secure, convenient location on Near Island.
Open Shipyard
Our shipyard operates as an "open" yard. This means that our customers are free to hire any contractor/s they desire as well as conduct their own work. Kodiak's extensive network of quality vendors makes this a cost effective solution when compared with similarly equipped "closed" shipyards.
